1. Ensure water quality in the Stafford County tributaries of the Potomac River.

2. Achieve sustainable land use and watershed protection in Stafford County.

3. Protect and enhance aquatic and wildlife resources in Stafford County.

4. Promote education and stewardship of Stafford County watersheds flowing to the Potomac River.
